As a result of our continuous growth and success, we are looking for an experienced and talented social media and content marketing professional to work across a variety of large B2B and B2C clients. You will be the senior client contact that works to deliver technically excellent work and drive creative through every output. You will be responsible for the performance and moral of the team and help lead the agency as we continue to scale.

You will:

//Apply your client and project management skills to lead and manage social campaigns from start to finish, ensuring we produce high-quality work, strong results and delivery within budget
//Build strong relationships with clients and develop a deep understanding of their business to help create strong work and new opportunities
//Manage, respond to, resolve and plan for all escalated project risks
//Develop budgets, timelines, invoices and forecasts and be accountable for delivery
//Manage internal workflow and implement ways to improve how we work
//Proactively seek and pursue opportunities to grow the agency
//Mentor and develop our team
//Be a natural leader who champions innovation and technical advancement
//Value tenacity and give honest and strong council inside and outside the agency
